• Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?+

  Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

• Can I wear heated jackets in the rain or snow? +

  It depends on the specific weather-protection rating of your garment.
  Water-Resistant: Ideal for light drizzle or mist.
  Waterproof: Designed to keep you dry and safe in steady rain or snow.

• Can I dry clean or iron my heated clothing? +

  No. Do not dry clean or iron your heated apparel. The high temperatures and harsh chemicals used in dry cleaning can damage the heating elements and the inner wiring. We recommend machine wash for most of our heated clothing. Please double check the washing guide on product page for more instructions.

• Can I return the heated clothing if it does not fit?+

  Yes — if the heated clothing doesn’t fit, you can request a return or exchange as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, in original condition and packaging, and within 30 days of delivery. Please understand that final sale or open-box items (which are shown on product title) are not eligible for return or exchange.
